Where Can I Find These Christmas Lights?

Yesterday i seen these christmas lights that someone had up outside(the icicle lights you hang from the top of your house) that slowly blinked from colored lights to white lights, does anyone know where i could find these, like what store. I live in Massachusetts.

    you can get them at target, walmart, kmart, walgreen and stores like that
